Hitman's Bar

While visiting the convention centre on Wednesday evening, we ate dinner at the Hitman's Bar, located in the Cowboys Casino adjacent to the BMO Centre. The bar's name pays tribute to Calgarian professional wrestler Brett "The Hitman" Hart. His father, Stu Hart, was a regional wrestling promoter who sold his Stampede Wrestling franchise to Vince McMahon, who assembled the

World Wrestling Federation by many such acquisitions in the 1980s. The WWF later became know as World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) after a trademark infringement claim by the World Wildlife Federation.
